Tripartite dialogue includes all types of negotiation, consultation and exchange of information between or among representatives of governments, employers and workers on issues of common interest relating to economic and social policy. This kind of dialogue is both a means to achieve social and economic progress and an end in itself, as it gives people a voice and a stake in their societies and workplaces. With no doubt these negotiations could be regarded as a problem-solving mechanism and as a means to achieve social equity, economic efficiency, democratic participation that would lead to job creation and reduction of unemployment that is being devastating the vast majority of the population across the World.
